Railings, balconies, staircases, canopies, industrial parts and components are not abstract catalogue items. Dimensions, loads, fixings, finishes, material combinations and final installation determine whether a solution works. INOX DESIGN therefore plans and manufactures for the actual application – from a single component to series production.
Not catalogue versus custom-made
A railing post may be a standard component. The connection to an inclined parapet often is not. A canopy can look lightweight, while its fixing still has to transfer structural loads and drain water correctly. An industrial component does not need to look spectacular; it needs to be repeatable, dimensionally accurate and ready for installation.
This is precisely where INOX DESIGN operates: with catalogue components, project-specific adaptations and completely new stainless steel and metal components. Planning, machining and installation are treated as one technical chain rather than as separate stages.

You need a post, glass clamp, connector, profile, end cap or another clearly specified accessory. In that case, the catalogue and online shop take you directly to dimensions, material variants and available versions.
You have dimensions, a sketch, a CAD file, an installation situation or a technical requirement. Then the work does not start with a product name, but with geometry, connections, loads, material, manufacturing and installation.
Plan before manufacturing
3D planning makes geometry, connections and potential clashes visible before material is processed. This is especially important for custom structures where several components, fixings and installation sequences depend on one another.
From data to component
Dimensions, use, material, fixings, quantity, finish and installation conditions are defined as precisely as the project requires.
CAD and 3D planning make proportions, connections and critical details reviewable before production starts.
Laser, tube and sheet metal processing, bending, roll forming, waterjet cutting and other processes are combined to suit the component.
Hole patterns, tolerances, pre-assembly, transport and installation sequence are considered before the component leaves the workshop.
Installation is part of engineering
Substrate, accessibility, hole patterns, tolerances and installation sequence influence the design. That is why the route of the component into its final position is considered before manufacturing starts.
For industry & project business
Industrial applications depend on material, geometry, repeatability, machinability and final installation. INOX DESIGN manufactures from drawings and CAD data, but can also develop a component from a specific technical requirement.
The more of the following is available, the faster a project can be assessed technically:
Quick answers
Yes. In addition to standard components, INOX DESIGN manufactures custom railings, balconies, staircases, canopies, furniture elements, industrial components and assemblies. Projects can be based on dimensions, drawings, CAD data, samples or a specific installation situation.
Yes. Manufacturing ranges from individual parts and prototypes to small batches and series production. The most suitable production route depends on geometry, material, quantity and the required repeatability.
Yes. CAD and 3D planning are used to review geometry, proportions, connections, materials and structural details before manufacturing and to compare alternative solutions.
Depending on the application, stainless steel can be combined with glass, wood, stone, wire ropes and other metal components. The decisive factor is not the material mix itself, but whether structure, connections and intended use work together.
Applications include the food industry, mechanical and plant engineering, platform and access structure construction, laboratory and medical technology, special-purpose machinery and prototypes.
INOX DESIGN manufactures in Welsberg/Monguelfo, South Tyrol, Italy. The company serves customers in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as other European and international markets.
Yes. Standardised components and accessories are available from the INOX DESIGN online shop. For special dimensions or project-specific solutions, a technical enquiry is usually the better route.
Start a project
A sketch, drawing, CAD file, photo of the installation situation or a few reliable dimensions are often enough to define the next technical step. For standard components, the direct route is the shop; for custom structures, it starts with the actual requirement.
